with its open charcoal oven and live cooking stations. Sala Thai Restaurant
offers a classic Thai menu with the subtle flavours of ginger, coriander,
coconut and lemon grass. The Beach House Bar & Grill serves up
breathtaking views of the coast, along with light al fresco dishes and fresh
seafood, with sophisticated casualness.
At Cascades, outdoor favourites are prepared on hot coals, with seafood
'crisps' and brick oven-baked flatbreads. The Azure Lounge is situated
next to the grand lobby and is the perfect place for aromatic Arabic coffee,
traditional tea and sweet and savoury snacks. 'Stars' Music Bar provides
guests with evenings of entertainment and relaxation and offers a range of
classic and contemporary cocktails, fresh fruit juices and drinks selected from
around the world.
Finally, the Souk is a gallery for the senses and a mosaic of boutiques,
artisans' workshops and six market-style cuisines. The restaurant is brought to
life with traditional folklore music and dance.
Facilities

A passion for water is easily indulged in the terraced pools that feature a
thrilling, 80-metre corkscrew slide, a 'lazy river', lagoons, waterfalls,
grottos and whirlpools covering 2,500 square metres. Three crescent beaches lead
into the world-renowned 'Gardens' coral reefs.
The Water Sports Centre offers an array of water sports and provides
lessons, equipment and excursions along the coast.
The frenetic hurly-burly of modern life is relinquished as you set foot into Club
Olympus, home to a complete indoor and outdoor gym and aerobics studio. If
you're feeling particularly fit, The Racket Centre will provide you with
a high-energy game of tennis or squash.
Oasis Kids' Club will amuse and delight the children with fun and
educational activities whilst parents can enjoy the freedom to explore the
resort's myriad activities.
To
maximise your enjoyment with an activity-packed holiday, helpful hints on and
